Randy Morgan CSP CPC

Randy Morgan CSP CPC is the principal architect of the training division.  Randy was previously the AGM and creator of the Coeur d’Alene Resort’s Service Camp where all new team members were indoctrinated into the Resort’s “Astonishing Service” philosophy. Randy is the recipient of the coveted Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation earned by less than 12% of the International Federation of Speakers World Wide.

Patty Morgan Account Services ManagerPatty Morgan heads up the client and diagnostic services teams. She has served as the Executive Director of the International Travel and Tourism Research Association, as well as Conference Manager for the California Resource Recovery Association. Patty is currently the Executive Director of the Idaho Fire Chiefs Association and Administrator of the Certified Public Managers Consortium.  Patty’s expertise lies in growing membership through the use of integrated technology and transparent collaboration. Her event management skills are put to the test each year with meetings attracting 500+ attendees, requiring 150 speakers, and she does all of this with just two people.

Barbara Shawnee keeps us all tied together allocating collaborative tools to increase employee engagement by driving innovation through transparent communication. Barb handles all of our accounting remembers absolutely everything and makes it all look easy.

The newest member of the RSS team is Shon Watkins. After a lifetime of world travel Shon now uses his amazing artistic skills to convert complex ideas into engaging illustrations. We use these thought provoking and entertaining “Toons” to keep the buzz alive encouraging meaning-full conversations before, during and after our events.
