The “Inconceivable” part is for all you Princess Bride fans.    

Gallup’s 2013 70% Disengagement Data is being described as inaccurate by Forbes Magazine contributor Jack Zenger.  Jack is also the co-founder and CEO of Zenger Folkman.  I don’t know if the analysis by Gallup is misleading.  

I have used the Gallup employee engagement statistics for years and never stopped to think about the negative impact of such labeling even if it were true.
